Cory, a St. Louis, MO native, honed his hockey skills through various youth programs like the St. Louis Amateur Blues, Affton Americans, St. Louis Selects, and LA Selects. His playing career progressed with two seasons in the NA3HL with the St. Louis Jr. Blues, followed by four seasons in the ACHA with the University of Missouri.

Transitioning from player to coach, Cory spent two seasons coaching at the ACHA level with the University of Missouri. He then returned to Clayton High School, his alma mater, where he achieved notable success as the Varsity Head Coach and Hockey Director, leading the team to its first-ever Wickenheiser Cup Championship. With a background that includes roles as Assistant Varsity and Head JV Coach, Cory's coaching journey has been marked by dedication and achievement.
Beyond team coaching, Cory has also made significant contributions as an individual skills coach and camp instructor with St. Louis Hockey Training. Now, he is eager to share his passion for player development and bring an exciting style of hockey to the Bearcats organization and fans in the Buffalo area.
Carter's coaching journey began as the Assistant Coach and Director of Hockey Operations for Northern Michigan University's ACHA program and as an Assistant Coach for Marquette High School. Now based in Buffalo, NY, Carter continues to develop players on and off the ice with a focus on helping them achieve their goals. Committed to the growth and success of aspiring hockey players, he looks forward to making a positive impact in their journey of skill development and achievement.
