Meet Our Juniors Coaches

Carter's coaching journey began as the Assistant Coach and Director of Hockey Operations for Northern Michigan University's ACHA program and as an Assistant Coach for Marquette High School. He later led Team U.P. 18u during the summers of 2022, 2023, and 2024, showcasing his leadership and coaching skills. As a scout for the Mid Cities Jr Stars NA3HL, Carter honed his talent evaluation abilities before transitioning to the role of Assistant Coach with the Motor City Gamblers of the USPHL.

Now based in Buffalo, NY, Carter continues to develop players on and off the ice with a focus on helping them achieve their goals. Committed to the growth and success of aspiring hockey players, he looks forward to making a positive impact in their journey of skill development and achievement.

Harrison has a very non-traditional hockey background, something he believes contributes directly to his deep love and appreciation for the game. First stepping on the ice in Florida in the early 90s, he played his entire career from youth through junior with various organizations across the Southeast. Since then, he’s spent time coaching and developing players from learn to skate through college. 

Outside of hockey, Harrison is a Husband and Dad of two. He’s ready to bring his passion and experience to Bearcat to build something great.
